The barbell strength and power class is a pillar in our approach to fitness.  This class utilizes traditional barbell lifts to build the strength necessary to improve workout intensity and capacity.  Classes incorporate olympic lifting movements like cleans, snatches, and jerks with time trusted exercises like squats, deadlifts, and presses, all along with high intensity cardio.  Our unique barbell training program incorporates the use of bands, chains, blocks, and even kettlebells, to train you in a way that can only be found at Rebel Sport and Fitness.
