While boxing is a tremendous cardiovascular and toning workout, not everyone enjoys getting punched in the face.  The Fitness/ Sport Conditioning/Boxing class is a great way to reap the fat scorching benefits without the all the physical contact that comes in a traditional Muay Thai or Boxing classes.  Burn off pounds while you learn to combo kicks, punches, knees, and elbows.  This class incorporates bouts of high intensity cardio, kettlebell exercises, and other methods of training to keep the calorie burn to the max.
